Savora Margarito
50ml Tequila Blanco
75-100ml Savora Zesty Lime & Sweet Agave
1/4 Wedge of Lime
1 Bar Spoon of Light Brown Sugar
8 Fresh Mint Leaves

In a hi-ball glass add 1 bar spoon of light brown sugar, the juice from 1/4 of a lime and 8 fresh mint leaves.
Muddle until the mint oil has started to dissolve the sugar.
Add 50ml of tequila and give the sugar & mint mixture a stir so that more than half is dissolved.
Add cubed ice, top of Savora Zesty Lime and Sweet Agave until fill and garnish with a mint sprig and dried lime wheel.
Savora Chilli Fizz
50ml Tequila Blanco
50ml Savora Zesty Lime & Sweet Agave
1 Whole Lime.
1/2 Mild Red Chilli.

Remove the seeds from a mild red chilli pepper.
To a shaker add 50ml Tequila Blanco, the juice from 1 whole lime, the seedless chilli and a scoop of ice.
Shake until cold and strain into a chilled coupe.
Garnish with a whole red chilli or some thin slices of red chilli to float on top.
